Very good range and effectiveness. This product is good to train you dog. Make sure you understand how to use it before. It is important to know how to teach your dog and not use it for harm.

We use his collar for mild training, not for shocking 98% of the time. Our German Shepherd just needs a mental reminder to not work herself up into a frenzy at breakfast time. The beeps and then the vibration the collar provides is enough to mentally keep her from going bananas spinning in circles at meal time. We also occasionally use it when she gets too interested in stalking the cat. Works well . it’s easy to charge and seems to hold a charge for a long time, though we are only using it minimally right now. Is very subtle on the dog. This is a great tool to use on a dog with mild or moderate disobedience issues.

Great product with good styling without being too large for smaller dogs. Don’t let it’s small size fool you, testing it on myself this collar packs a wallop of a shock. Luckily my dog responds well to the vibrate while the shock would be useful for emergencies when you really need their attention. Worked right out of the box. This specific model does not display the receiver’s battery level on the remote. The collar is totally adjustable and with a little effort can be made smaller without permanently removing alot of the strap. All the features of the store brands at less than half the price.

This works great .. Had a serious problem with our dog chasing cars, golf carts and 4 wheelers.. Not anymore! All I have to do is beep it and she’s right BK laying down.. It is very water proof because my dog loves to jump in the river everyday swimming and we’ve not had any. Issues..

My dog kept coming over to the living room and peeing. I had tried everything to keep him from doing that and nothing worked. I decided to buy this collar and I’m glad I did. After using it for a day my dog no longer pees in the living room. Its easy to use and gets the dogs attention without hurting him.

The collar has an audible beep, vibrate, and shock with a dial that increase the intensity of vibrate and shock. It came with a test light, collar with 2 contacts (short and long), reflective collar, and dual charging unit. I like this unit better than the one we currently have because it’s waterproof, the plug is in a better place and the collar doesn’t have to be removed to charge, it can be turned off (some cannot be turned off) and it can handle an additional collar for an additional dog if you wish to expand. The box on the collar is also small enough it can be used on our little dog. We are dog people and go through plenty of collars and this one is a nice one with all the features you could want!

This color is great. I was worried to use a shock collar but had some behaviors in my dog that had to be corrected. This coller has a beep, a vibrate and then a shock. You can adjust the amount your dog gets corrected from 1 to 100. It fits my dog very well and seems that it would fit any dog. I imagine if you had a really hairy dog you might have to clip the fur where the collar makes contact. After one training session my dog is responding and correcting just to the beep. I have several dogs and have had many of these type of collars over the years. This one is a great value for the price.

At first I was against the idea of a “shock collar”, but after talking with a coworker about my dog going crazy everytime someone came to the door, he had suggested this collar as a possible solution. When I received the Degbit shock collar, I first tried the shock function on my arm. Even at the highest setting, the collar produced an uncomfortable feeling, but it definitely wasn’t pain. So, I was ready to try it on my dog.The collar has 3 different ways to get your dog’s attention. A beep, vibration, and then the shock. So when a neighbor came to the door, I would tell my dog, “no” then beep the collar and then vibrate the collar. The vibration would almost instantly stop my dog from barking as she didn’t like the vibration. I’ve only been using the collar for a few days, but I think with some patience, this collar will help. The degbit collar comes with everything you need to include a collar, charging cable, transmitter, receiver, silicone sleeves for the probes, and different sized probes. I don’t leave the collar on my dog all the time and there’s plenty of battery to last the whole day. This is a great product and a great value. This will definitely help with your dog’s bad behaviors.

I have 2 dogs that love to bark! A car goes by, somebody talks or mows the lawn ect ect ect. The collar was very easy to put together and it only took about 30 minutes to get a full charge. Both my animals are small so once I cut it down to size it will fit them both. I will probably buy an extra collar so I don’t have to switch on and off. I have only tried the click and the lowest shock mode on my chi and as she adjusts may up the level. She is adjusting well to the collar and doesn’t try to get it off. So far it is causing her to pause in her barking and hopefully she will stop altogether as I adjust the intensity.

  11. (verified owner)

Pros:I like the different levels. Beep, vibrate, shock is a nice way to train my dog. The vibrate and shock both have many levels to choose from. I really suggest any user to hold the collar and feel the shock and vibration levels before using it on an animal.1 remote can be used for 2 dogs. The level stays at what it is set.Cons:The power button on the collar is a little hard to push. The beep doesnt have different levels. I’d like a louder or longer beep for warning.

  12. (verified owner)

Our dog loved to bark, especially when the neighbor was making noise in the backyard. I brought the trainer to her, and as long as she barked, I vibrated to alert her, even if I was upstairs. As soon as I did, her attention shifted and stopped barking. At first she wasn’t used to it, but now it is much better.. After using it for a week, the number of barking is obviously a lot less. I used vibrations all the time, hardly any electric shocks, as the shocks seemed to make her very miserable.

  13. (verified owner)

I have adopted a dog recently and I have been trying to train her with treats. I think I must have been sending ambiguous messages because I feel like she is confused 🙂 So I decided to get this collar to help with the confusion. Now, when she does something right, I give a treat and when she has the intention of barking to other dogs or people I just send vibrations through the collar. It looks like she is understanding better. So the collar is serving my purpose. It also has the option of making a noise or sending a shock. I am not in favor of the shock option but the other two options do not harm her but help with the training. The collar can be adjusted to different sizes of necks and you can cut it if it is too long for your dog, which is very convenient.

  14. (verified owner)

So I wasn’t sure how the dogs would respond to the collar. It charged by a split USB that comes with the collar, and one charges the collar with the other charging the remote. It was pretty intuitive to use, I didn’t even bother to read the manual. At first there was minimal response from my dog to stop barking, come to me, move, etc… I turned up the vibrate mode to the higher settings and as the dog barked at the neighbors, she still didn’t stop even when I called to her AND used the vibrate. So I took off the node protectors and went to shock mode. It has a 1-100 setting, and at 35-45, the dog stopped barking. We have a lot of neighbor traffic and she’s a pretty loud GSD. After a few shocks with the collar, she realized that when I called to her, she learned to not jump at the fence all wild like. Back to the vibrate. Worked great, and eventually, within an hour, she was back to just beeping like nothing had ever happened.

I bought this to help train my saint bernard. The kit comes with everything you need to set it up and use it – including a test light bulb and charger. The actual shock unit is independent of the collar part (which didn’t really fit my dog) but I could easily put it on her collar. The remote has vibration and shocking which is good since it seems like already she’s associated the vibration with the shock. I don’t anticipate having to shock her – instead I think the vibration will be enough to just get her attention.

  16. (verified owner)

When someone says a shock collar it’s quite intimidating but if used correctly it can just be a communication tool for my Shepherd all I have to use is the beep or vibration to get her attention. My Shepard likes to speak her mind with everything so when she barking doesn’t stop I beep it and if that doesn’t get her attention then I use the vibration and it doesn’t hurt them at all I even tested it out on myself. the Degbit shock collar, I also tried the shock on a low setting on my arm. And people think it’s like an electric shock it is not it is like a TENS unit .The collar has 3 different ways to get your dog’s attention. A beep, vibration, and then the shock. So The vibration would get my shepherd to stop I’ve been using the collar for a few weeks the plan on only using this as a tool and gradually train her off it.I love that degbit collar comes with everything you need to include a collar, charging cable, transmitter, receiver, silicone sleeves for the probes, and different sized probes. I love that it doesnt cost a fortune like some training collars on the market and it works well I am very happy with it.

Our little girl, aka our 15 month old puppy is the sweetest thing ever but man o man, she barks her head off. We tried everything and finally decided to try a collar. We chose this one because of the different levels; beep, vibration, and shock. We didn’t like the thought of just a shock so this was a great choice. There is also a dial where you can choose the intensity, which I really like because I’m a big old softy and don’t want to hurt our puppy. So far the beep and vibration is working wonders and the only time we’ve used the shock she immediately responded and stopped barking. I’d also like to add that when we’ve used the collar I’ve watched her closely afterward to see if she seemed hurt or upset (I know, softy remember?). She doesn’t seem to be affected at all after activating the collar.

I always get very nervous when purchasing corrective collars for my dogs. I have an older dog around 9 who can be quite a handful, mostly with barking and being possessive with objects he knows he shouldn’t have. When you buy a product like this, you really only need to shock them once and they’ll be obedient for life just by showing them the remote, or by clicking the harmless beeping sound associated with the impending shock. I would highly recommend this collar to anyone looking to correct behaviors with their dog.

  19. (verified owner)

This dog training collar has all the features that I was looking for. It has great range, specs say 1000ft, although I haven’t needed it that far away, it has worked every time. Waterproof is another needed feature when training sport dogs. This collar is highly adjustable and has many sensitivity settings for those who may need it. I mainly use the tone and vibrate feature once they get the hang of it. A couple other nice to have features are the display which lights up and make it clear to see even in the dark. Another is the size of the collar, some I have seen and used in the past are very bulky and look way too big on a smaller dog. This is the right size, the collar is adjustable and can be cut to length. The collar also goes to “sleep” mode when not in use in case you forget to turn it off when training is over. Then when you pick it up it senses the motion and turns right back on. Happy with my purchase, same great features as the high cost collars!

This fits my sweet barking dog nicely. Comes with everything I needed for my medium size dog, but as you can see, the collar is very easy to adjust to a smaller or larger dog. Works well for me. I’ve set it on shock and vibration mode which works fine for us. I love that I can have control for our walks and around the house.

  21. (verified owner)

I purchased this training collar to help train my dog with his behavioral issues. He has been chewing and getting up on the couch where he knows he isn’t supposed to be. I like that it has the beeping and vibration options as I do want to use the humane choices and I don’t want to use the shock feature. I did try to use the shock feature on myself to see if it worked and it seems to be intermittent when it works. Overall, it works for my use.

  22. (verified owner)

So far this product seems like a good value for the price. I have a 5 month German Shepherd who I have been training so far with treats for the simple stuff. Having had previous GSDs I expect to be using this more and more as the dog grows and goes crazy when the door bell rings etc. I have experimented so far with the vibration and will only use the shock as a last resort. I love the fact that I have the option of choosing between three methods and also the level of the correction. I anticipate using this a lot as my dog matures. My veterinarian told me to make sure I get control of him now because if I can’t do it now I won’t be able to control him when he reaches 100 lbs. That convinced me that this product would something I should buy. It seems like a well made product and I anticipate getting a lot of use out of it.

  23. (verified owner)

I met a dog trainer at the dog park and he says that a stim collar like this one is the way to go. It is not a shock collar – it doesn’t hurt the dog. I would never want to hurt my precious baby! As he explained it, it works like a muscle stimulator that some athletes wear to tense and relax muscles. It tenses (stim) the muscles – doesn’t actually hurt. The dial can goes way higher than I’ll ever need. My pitbull has short hair so the prongs touch her easily – she responds on one of the lowest settings. Recommend.

  24. (verified owner)

I purchased this collar hoping it would help me to train my dog to not bark as much. I personally do not use the shock function but instead use the eep and vibrate functions. The collar length is customizable which is nice since my dog is very small. I have been using the vibrate function on low and it seems to be working as each time I use it, my dog instantly goes silent as he tries to figure out where the vibration came from. I like the remote control as it is easy to use and I am able to initiate the vibrate command even when in a different room from my dog.

  25. (verified owner)

I have only been using this for 2 days- I have a very hyper 1 year old, 100 lb dog. It has been working very well. The vibrate function actually seems to be enough, I’ve only had to shock 1x. I am very excited to see our progress with this!My only dislike is that there is nothing in the manual on how exactly to put it together. In the end, it was very simple. But I started by searching for those instructions and got a little frustrated that there weren’t any.

  26. (verified owner)

So I’m trying this one after having used PetSafe training collars.I had 2 PetSafe collars. One, the dog chewed, and the other stopped working unexpectedly.I payed around $100 for the PetSafe brand and they both only lasted at most a couple of years. This collar is only about $50 and seems pretty good quality for the price. It is easy to use; adjusting the settings is very intuitive. It comes with everything you need too like longer probes for dogs with long hair, a test bulb, and some guides for training your dog. (Albeit, it feels like the instructions were Google r translated if you know what I mean.)

  27. (verified owner)

I’ve never used one of these before, so I can’t compare it to another product. However, this one was easy to set up and works well. Make sure you charge it first, then pair the devices, and then put it on your dog. This has 3 stimulation features. 1) shock 2) vibrate and 3) beep. The vibrate actually gets my dog’s attention the best. The collar portion is meant to be one-size-fits-all, so there is excess for medium dogs and smaller. My dog started to chew the end of it.The book gives you some instruction on how to train your dog with this tool. Follow them or another training guide. If you just use this without strategy or consistency you won’t train your dog.

  28. (verified owner)

This is a follow-on to a bark shock collar that I purchased on Amazon for my dog, a 55lb labradoodle. Since the shock collar worked so well when he is in his crate, I figured I might have luck with this one about training him not to jump up on visitors, get food off of the kitchen counter, and not bolt when going potty off leash. Needless to say, this item works and I am very happy with the results. I really liked how they included a charger (plug) with the cable. No negatives.

  29. (verified owner)

I have “problem” dogs and have worked really hard on my own and with trainers to get them as far along as they have come and I am proud of them. However, their prey drive is out of hand and I like to be able to keep them off leash when we are out in the boonies. This collar has been perfect so far! It has the beeper, vibration, and shock and I haven’t even had to get to the shock yet. The beeper distracts her long enough to actually hear me and respond. And the few times she hasn’t responded the vibration definitely breaks her concentration so she can refocus on me. I only bought one to test it out and it worked out since the male follows the female’s lead this one is all I need so far!

  30. (verified owner)

This is really easy to use but you should definitely read the instructions first. It has quite a shock range. I have a 15 pound puppy and dont need much of a shock but I tested this and it can get up there. It is great for barking but also great if you dont have a fence and need to keep your pup within a specific area. It didnt take my girl but a couple of zaps to learn her boundaries.

  31. (verified owner)

So far I have been impressed with this shock collar, especially for the price. The collar has a dial with different features, a beep, a vibration, and a shock. Included with the collar is 2 contacts of different sizes, a reflective collar, and charging block. We haven’t tried the collar in the water, but the package claims its waterproof. The unit around the dogs neck or the box doest not seem too invasive for our pup, who is about 50 Lbs. So the low key collar is a nice touch. This has a ton of features and has been good so far for training. I would recommend to anyone trying to stay in budget.

  32. (verified owner)

Since receiving this product we have had a much more calm dog no more barking or constant whining . I couldn’t love this more. The training modes made it easy to warn him and he learned quickly using just the vibration . Also the being able to charge it verses having batteries was another plus .

  33. (verified owner)

Very easy to operate even without reading the instructions. Our dogs were previously trained on a radio collar (has a beep warning when they’re out of range and then administers a shock). When we moved to a much bigger area and the radio collar was too limited to reach, we had hoped they would stay inside the fence. Unfortunately, our dogs just saw it as an obstacle to overcome to play in a creek. We bought this because it would operate similarly to the collar they used in the past, but we could control it. We only had to do the beep and they came running back!Keep in mind, to be successful with any training tool, you have to take the time to work with them and train them.

  34. (verified owner)

If you’re like me, you don’t want to use an older style shock collar on your dog. This is one of the reasons I oped for a “static” shock version of the collar. I’ve found with dog collars I’ve used in the past is that they fall off or they aren’t able to stand up to the elements. The material this collar is made out of is a nylon mesh material, similar to what you would see in a backpack strap. It is waterproof and seems to be holding up well. This collar is also waterproof, which means you can use it outdoors. Some collars I have used in the past were for indoor use only. The “shock” method used in this collar is more of a static electricity buzz than a sock. It’s enough for the dog to realize it needs to stop barking/bad behavior, but doesn’t hurt the dog. The intensity level can be increased/decreased. If you’re uncomfortable with the shock aspect of the collar, it also has a vibrate function or a noise function. The vibration setting can also be adjusted to different intensities. This may not work for all dogs, but is a nice alternative to have on hand. This is a wireless collar and includes a backlit controller. It seems to have a decent range, allowing me to use it inside while the dog is outside. If you’re leaning towards going for a shock collar, this is probably a good option to consider. It looks good, doesn’t seem to obstruct or hinder the dog’s daily activities and is pretty durable. I would certainly recommend it.

This is the 2nd dog training collar I have purchased. Wish I had paid attention to the 1st one more closely as it ran on batteries, that had to be constantly replaced! So happy to have a collar with rechargeable units. Makes it great to keep it functioning and training our dog in progress. It was easy to set up. The collar came with plenty of room to adjust for a large or small dog. It also is nice to have three different modes (beep, vibrate, shock). Our pup is sensitive to any kind of correction so we have had great luck with the beep mode (as he is trained for an outdoor electric fence). We have used this collar to limit nuisance barking and for coming inside (after barking at squirrels, birds, etc.). Sometimes we only have to put the collar on to correct the bad behavior. Yay! If you want a well-behaving dog, this is a product to have in your home.

I really like the fact that this is a trainer not just a shock collar. My dog is a good dog and she minds for the most part, but I wanted to train her a little more being out side. She is pretty good outside, but it is the occasional take off when she finds a rabbit or someone walking past our house she tends to get excited. I like the fact that there is sound with this and that you can train without really hurting the animal. I used it and was pleased how easy it was to use. I really liked the fact that both the collar and the hand-held transmitter have built in rechargeable batteries that is a plus because you don’t have to worry about finding batteries or running out. I have been really pleased with this product and my dog has responded by the sounds that it emits. I would recommend this product.

I just moved to a HOA neighborhood and they can get pretty strict on “noise violations” and that includes loud pets. My dog is an older dog, she’s about 10years old now so I’ve had reservations about using a shock collar on her. I’m pleased to say this one has eased my mind a bit. It was cheaper then the ones at my local pet store so it was more affordable to “try out.” Of corse I tried the shock intensity on myself before placing on fur baby and it’s not bad. It also comes with a testing tool to make sure the shock is working. You can adjust the shock level to your specific needs. I’ve heard horror stories about having the metal prongs directly touching the dogs throat but this one comes with rubber covers for comfort and protection. I also like that you can adjust the size of the collar, it had plenty of room for my girl and easily could have fit on a larger breed. I haven’t noticed the battery life yet because I’ve only had to charge it once and we only use the collar when we have to put her out for long periods. Overall I’m happy.

One great buy for me..helps me tons with my barky pup..im please for the easy set-up and features..this one is made with good quality material from its remote control, the collar unit and the belt..it’s lightweight and does not makes my pup uncomfortable wearing it…a must have item to any pet owner…

I’m not a super fan of the shock collar training method but my husband and I are desperate to get our dog trained to follow commands. (He was a rescue and hasn’t been as cooperative as we had hoped initially) . We haven’t consistently used it but have used it on and off. Our dog responds really well to the shock. It’s a tad bit bulky around his neck (he comes to my mid-calf). We set the shock to a lower setting because we tested the higher shock level on ourselves to see what it was like…yowza. That’s quite the voltage. I just couldn’t do that to my dog unless he was attacking someone/something which, of course, I hope he would NEVER do. I had no problems charging this and I love that the collar can be cut to any dogs specific neck size.

  40. (verified owner)

I love that this is a training collar not just a shock collar. My pup is a great dog who is well behaved for the most part, but gets a little too excited when seeing rabbits or squirrels and jumps on guests when they first come in the house. I like the fact that there is a sound and vibration mode. This is enough to get my dogs attention without hurting her. Both the collar and the hand-held transmitter have built in rechargeable batteries which is great. I have been really pleased with this product and would reccomend it!

Just as my title says, I previously bought a $160 collar and I now use this one WAY more. Some of the great qualities of this:1. Water proof! (my dog was swimming for 4hrs. No damage to collar)2. LOUD beep (this is important – most waterproof collars muffle the beep)3. SEPARATE beep, shock, vibrate buttons. — also VERY important4. LONG battery life. ..24+hrs? Never ran out.

We recently adopted a 12 week old puppy, our 6th dog. Number 5 came from a severely abusive household so potty training her has been a nightmare. I usually crate train all my dogs but with one other dog already going potty in the house i knew i needed to try a different tactic. Oakley(#5) is an alpha dog by nature, he is a junkyard dog born wild and believes its okay for him to do what #5 does.First, let me say that i wish there were more detailed instructions for first time use. I was absolutely terrified of shocking myself but also Oakley when he didn’t deserve it. But once I figured it out, it was smooth sailing. Ive NEVER liked the idea of using a shock collar on animals, but my situation required a little more drastic measures. I keep it at the lowest setting so it startles him more than anything, I hope he doesn’t get used to it because I would hate to make it stronger. I did try the shock on myself and it really isn’t that bad. now i can use the controller to deliver a quick shock whenever he is mis behaving. So far this is working perfectly without hurting my baby. I use it for house training, chewing, digging, chasing chickens, getting in my garden and an naughty Aplha behavior he displays to my other pups. I recommend this collar for nyone a bit in over their heads!

*So charge both the remote and the collar portion upon receipt. I have not had to charge either again since using but it’s been a week.*Instruction make syncing and set-up easy peasy.*Three setting are available. I believe the “beep” will go along with either of the other so that you can just use the beep as a warning as the training excels.*I have one runner (tiny 20 lb) dog and one barker (50 lb) and the collar fits both if you don’t cut it to size. Use velcro or a rubber band if you would like to be universal as well.*So far, everything works and is having good feedback for me. Hopefully this will only been needed short term.

I have two Cockapoos who bark incessantly. The boy is far worse and even barks at his own shadow. I live in the country and have a very large garden backing on to farm fields where there is always activity. He is constantly running to the bottom off the garden and just barks. I was advised to purchase a collar off this type and came across this one. It was at a good price and had excellent reviews. On receiving the collar I charged it and the remote and then began to use it. I have to say I was amazed at the instant results. After the first press off the button on the remote my dog immediately ran back too me and was given a treat. From then on the change in his behavior regarding barking has been so impressive.I would highly recommend this collar to any dog owner having trouble with persistent barking.

Slick looking and easy to use. It charges quickly and the remote seems to never lose its charge. We’ve had issues with nipping, barking, and the dog playing “tug-a-War” with the kids clothing. We’ve had nearly immediate results. I love the collar it came with as it is tough, seemingly comfortable for my dog, and has a reflective band so he is easily spotted when we are in a low light situation. The shock settings are 1-100. I’ve had success with 50. I would highly recommend this product. Feel free to ask questions. I’m on amazon frequently.

I really love that the product has multiple modes – beep, vibration, shock. To be honest, I haven’t used shock in a long time because beep & vibrate are sufficient for my dogs, and best practice is to use the least stimulation level that still produces results. The fact that the intensity is controlled by a dial is very handy, because sometimes that “least stimulation” level suddenly becomes insufficient if my dog is distracted by a squirrel or rabbit, and I can almost instantly adjust to the situation.FYI, I looked up the specs on the IP67 waterproof rating: the rating means this receiver is waterproof for up to 30 minutes of continuous submission in up to 3 feet of freshwater. Usually, saltwater decreases the length of waterproof time, as does the deeper the product goes, so keep those specs in mind if you expect to take advantage of using this training collar around/in water. For me, it’s more than enough because my dogs hop into and then back out of the water, never submerging the collar more than 6 inches and certainly not for 30min continuously.

For the price, this is the best that money will buy! I have a high priced shock collar that I paid well over $100 for & it doesn’t phase my German Shepard compared to this collar! The prongs on this unit seem to reach the skin a lot better through my Sheppards longer hair. The battery in my high end unit & this unit seem to be about the same, however like a cell phone I reccomend you charge it nightly. It seems to be water resistant at least I know this cause when I let my Sheppard out it was raining when I brought her in I took the collar off & tested the prongs on my finger. The build quality feels cheap as this unit is light weight but you have to take into consideration that there is not batteries in this unit it is rechargeable & actual batteries have some weight. The build quality definitely does not affect the performance!

The instruction manual looks like it was translated from Chinese, but once you figure out how to use this device, it’s very effective. My puppy is very hyper and willful and bites constantly. He was drawing blood on my hands almost on a daily basis and I’d tried every method mentioned on the internet to stop his behavior, but nothing worked. In fact, some methods sent him into a puppy tantrum and made the biting worse. Neither did the sound and vibration modes of this device work on him. But when I delivered a slight shock, that did the trick. The only reason I took away one star is that the manual could have been written with more clarity; it could use some improvement.

I’m not going to get into a review of the features of this device. It works the way it’s supposed to. I like that it has its own rechargeable batteries and that it has 3 multi-sensory warning modes. All detailed elsewhere. Seems like a solid product. What I want to report is how important this device is. I have an almost 3 year old German Shepherd who I bought before my wife got Stage 4 kidney disease and I later (this year) got cancer. I would have never gotten Onyx knowing then what I know now. He’s just a dog, but he’s wild and stubborn. The choice was to give him up for rescue, which would not have gone well for him or use this tool to bring his behaviors under control. I chose this and although I just started, it is working. He’s very smart, so shocking is not a level he needs to be at. I just think of it as ‘Invisible Fence’ for his behaviors. I know we can keep him now. So, follow the manual or read a guide online, and good luck. Thanks for reading.

I have only used this collar for about a week. I got it primarily for our 6 year old dog for when we go on our daily walk. She just can’t seem to stay focussed and is constantly trying to get to every other animal that she sees. Since using this collar, I usually only have to use the beep function, and every once in a while the vibration mode. I did try the shock function, just to make sure it works, but I will reserve that for if/when the vibration stops working on her. I wish we got this a long time ago. It makes our walks much easier. I recommend this collar if you need to change some behavioral issues. I can’t rate the water resistance feature because she hasn’t gotten wet while wearing the collar.
