Great product, much gentler than another I tried for my barking dog. I don’t want to hurt her at all, I just want to get her attention to stop the barking.

  2. (verified owner)

Collar is well made and works great. I have a large dog and the collar is helping me to train him not to bark needlessly. It is so effective, make sure and dial down the shock intensity as I had it set too high (default setting) and on first use, my dog thought he was “in trouble” most of the day.

  3. (verified owner)

Tried it on me and my friends first, to understand power and to be sure, that I won’t harm my pet. Pretty good. Hope I will not use it a lot for my dog, but overall good product!

  4. (verified owner)

Got this for my boss dog. It doesnt yap as much. Thank you. So happy with this

  5. (verified owner)

Heavy duty in a nice packaging. Works well and worth the money.

  6. (verified owner)

I absolutely love this collar. It’s helped train my Australian Shepherd tremendously in such a short time. Just using the beep option is enough to get her to stop pulling on the leash, jumping on people who walk in my door, and letting go of a toy when my kids are playing with her. The collar and the remote hold it’s charge, and is the most durable collar I’ve tried.

  7. (verified owner)

I really enjoy this collar.I rarely use the shock feature. I am teaching my 10 month old husky recall using the beep. His recall is terrible and we like to take off leash hikes with our other dogs and the beeping really helps enforce his recall.

  8. (verified owner)

The product itself is great and does the job it is supposed to do. I’m not huge on using it, but as a last resort it does help with the training process. I wish it came in different colors, but not a big deal. The color is easy to adjust to the correct size for your dog. The color is like a rubber material but I wish it was more a fabric. Overall works well and I would recommend this item for untrainable dogs.

  9. (verified owner)

My friends went through dog trainers, schools. and their dog is taking some kind of prozac medication. I thought this would help them with training, otherwise they are having hard time with this dog at home. I will post another review after they will try it. But the shipping came, all is boxed in the good container.

  10. (verified owner)

Very low price for such a great quality

  11. (verified owner)

Time will tell… but first impressions of this product blew me away, especially at a $50 price point. Great care was taken with the design, and even the packaging. Product was ready to go right out of the box, and already made a huge difference in helping train my pup within just a couple of hours of working with her. Time will tell if it will last, but i don’t see any reasons why it wouldn’t. Awesome product 👍

Ive got a German Shepherd/Hound mix and he’s noisy, full of energy, & doesn’t like to listen that well. Just got this today and within ten minutes he’s starting to listen all due to the vibration from the collar. I haven’t even had to barely use the shock setting. The noise button helps when I tell him good boy and hit that button so he knows he’s doing ok and the vibration button acts as a warning and it’s great. I would highly recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like to shock an animal simply due to the vibration feature which surprisingly works very well.

  13. (verified owner)

First I try it by myself. If you put in 100% its hit hard, but on 50-60% it’s just give a short hit. Dog react on 50 like something interapt him on what he doing and help to training him wery well, so it’s work great

  14. (verified owner)

2 vibration/beep combinations have completely changed our Corgi, she sometimes bullied the older Sheltie, especially if I was cooking. This led to us pulling her into another room for a timeout several times a day, it was very difficult to enjoy the dogs if she was around, she had to be top dog. No more- this collar is the answer to a prayer, I was afraid to try it in case of failure; it has been a great success and I haven’t had to use shock mode at all. I intend to use it to help train her to walk with harness. Thanks for a great product!

  15. (verified owner)

Got it as a present for my friends who have 2 not really well behaved Prince Charles Cavaliers. This device should help train their dogs. The kit is nicely packaged and I would recommend it if you are also looking for a present for a new dog owner.

  16. (verified owner)

This worked like a charm once I found the right setting. Saved me tons of money on paying a trainer to teach my dog to stop pulling.

  17. (verified owner)

Easy to use out of the box. Once charged… I put the collar on my walker coonhound. Fabric collar is made with high grade materials, and easily adjustable without any slip. My dog is sensitive to vibration and sound, so I don’t use the shock option. We have an acre of land- and the remote has no problems with range. The extra light option is useful to avoid poops while walking in the dark. For the price- this was a, “no-brainer”.Cheers! And Bear down!

  18. (verified owner)

The quality is very good, It fits perfectly and very easy to use. This collar will help me to train my dog. I will recommend it to my friends.

  19. (verified owner)

The vibration and sound function just fine but the shock is completely useless. My ~50lb Pitt doesn’t even notice it. I tried it on myself and it’s barely noticeable. Go a different route, this is a waste.

  20. (verified owner)

I easily figured how it works, and training for me is no longer a struggle.

  21. (verified owner)

We wanted this collar to help train our dog from getting into animals she shouldn’t mess with. After using the collar just a few times, we can now call her off porcupines and skunks. She would rarely come to us when off leash but now does so with no hesitation, even when she is not wearing the collar. This is a must have for strong willed dogs.

  22. (verified owner)

Extremely disappointing. Didnt work at all in our dog. The vibrating and shock mode is not strong enough. I used both on the maximum capacity ( I gradually went from the lowest to the maximum capacity) and she didnt even care. Was like nothing. And she’s a small dog. Didnt help we tried everything with the manual instructions, and she kept barking. I’m returning the product.

  23. (verified owner)

Had this product one day, dogs got the collar off of each other and chewed the collar almost in half (the shock/vibrate box). Still works, but unusable as I now cannot get it to go back on the collar. This happened in less than 10 minutes time. Would not recommend for dogs that are strong chewers – especially English Bulldogs. They destroyed it in a matter of minutes. Glad I only spent $100 for two. Will be looking for something more durable and chew proof.

  24. (verified owner)

This collar is a heaven sent I have gave it a few days before giving a review. And let me tell you my dog is a boxer mix so he is very energetic and loves to run off when he gets to excited plus he gets really excited when we have visitors. I have only had to shock him twice and he has not got in the road since. I love the beeping option because I’ll give at most 2 warnings and my dog turns around and come back or stops whatever bad behavior he is doing. My dog doesn’t jump on people when they visit anymore, and he has even stopped running in the road. I have only been using it for a week and have seen a major improvement. It’s so worth the money.

  25. (verified owner)

It did not even begin to phase our 70+ pound Rottweiler puppy. It was of good quality, but just wasn’t the right tool for our dog.

  26. (verified owner)

Last model was a great product and my dog responded well to love levels of stimuli. Lost that controller and decided to try this one out. This model, however, I had cranked to 100 and my dog was prancing about the field, misbehaving like he owned the place. Tried to request a replacement for the old one and got the run around. Ended up ordering a different model from a different place and will try that.Would not recommend spending your money on this. Also “bright flashlight” means garbage LED – just for translation.

  27. (verified owner)

Came very well packaged and designed. It comes with 2 collars, nylon and leather, so you can choose either one to use. I have 2 dogs and one has about of aggression when food is around or if there is anything that comes in that house new. With just the beep it is enough to get their attention and stops them from the behavior. Seems well built, hoping it will last!

  28. (verified owner)

I have only used this one time, but find it to be a fantastic collar. I have used another collar with my GSP when we take her out to a field to run (need this type of collar to get her to return). The TPI Pro is simplistic to use, I really appreciate the three options, bell, vibration and shock. On our first use, I never did go to the shock feature, the vibration was all it took to get her attention and I used only the 11 setting. This is our third collar, the first I had for 2 years, but the battery would not hold (replaced it once), purchased another but it had a weird way to control the intensity (and only had shock) which did not work well. The TPI Pro is constructed very well, the mechanics of using it had good thought put into it. I highly recommend this collar for those that either need to call their dog back or use for training (which I will be doing with her). The device has a go to sleep mode when not in use, but quickly comes back on for needed input. It came with two collar types, plenty of silicone caps and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great product, better price than many on the market, I highly recommend it with no reservation.

  29. (verified owner)

This product works well on vibration and beep mode, but my Great Dane barely twitches when I send him a shock correction. Compared to my underground fence collar, this one does not compare. His hair is short, and he has to wear his collar a little tighter than I’d prefer to get the result that I’m getting. Relative to shock correction, it distracts his attention sometimes, but it’s not enough to stop him (from whatever) in most cases. I am using the long contacts and can test on the inside of my forearm at 100% with no anxiety whatsoever. My dog is pushing 100 lbs which shouldn’t matter, but if so then I purchased the wrong solution.

  30. (verified owner)

Mine doesn’t work. The idea is great and the collar fits well. The buzz on mine works but not the shock. Unfortunately, I figured that out when my dog was being naughty. She ran toward a German Shephard excited to meet a new dog but the dog wasn’t nice and she was attacked. I own a different collar. It works great and she responds to it. But not this one.

  31. (verified owner)

I was a little skeptical as other collars I’ve tried were loaded with good reviews. I have to say, this collar is awesome!I have a girl with recall issues who’s new to the house and completely new to the barkpark scene. She doesn’t cause trouble BUT if there is trouble she wants to get in the middle of it. Let’s face it, recall doesn’t work 100% of the time and you can’t aleays be RIGHT THERE to remedy a situuation that’s going on.Right out of the shipping box, I was impressed. It came packages in a clip to close plastic storage box. Alright, alright, what else ya got? Impressive that the manufacturer put this thought into the product, for it being so much. The first thing I picked up was of course the remote. Instant satisfaction. It’s lightweight, has a silicone feel to it, smooth and not too grippy. Remote has a flashlight button, a button to swap between 2 collars, a button for sound, vibration and shock, with buttons to adjust the levels of the last 2 items and an LCD screen that lights up nicely. The fact that all buttons are separate is great. Sure, there are other pretty okay sets out there as well BUT in times where you’re fumbling to hit a button, you might do something you don’t mean to as you have to switch between modes and by then it could be too late to send the message. With this set, it’s simple enough that you hit a button for what you mean to do and you don’t risk anything in the process. The collar piece was the next thing I picked up and saw that it had a button to turn it off and on, rather than allowing it to go into sleep mode and chancing it being bumped to wake up randomly. This is nice because it will conserve battery during the times it is not being used.I hardly even use shock for my one girl as the beep is her warning and the vibration sends the message home. In an emergency where neither option works? I’ll resort to shock as I make my way to her.The vibration in the collar is very quiet. The beep? Reminiscent of an old pager from the 90s, 2 short quick beeps but just not nearly as loud. I like this because the other collars I have tried have let out a rather boisterous long beep which makes her wearing this collar much more obvious.Distance is awesome. Our barkpark is the size of a football field and while she is at the other end, there is still signal, loud and clear. All in all, I love this set so far and I plan on purchasing a secondary collar for my other girl, to use during camping trips or even for use as a backup of the original collar in times I forget to charge the original.I completely recommend this item and hey, if you end up disliking it, amazon is great about these things. Give it a try.

Full disclosure: I wad supposed to receive a rebate, but not in return for a review.I returned this. It had no instructions, so either it didn’t work or I wasn’t doing something right. I didn’t feel comfortable putting it on my dog without knowing what I was doing to her with the remote.

  33. (verified owner)

Like the buttons very clear easy to use does not work that great a cheaper brand I bought and was use on vibration or shock if needed to use work a lot better at getting dog attention than this one not impressed with the collier at all not worth the money

I’ve been using this shock training collar for about a month and I’ve been very pleased with it. It’s made with quality components, performs exactly as described and has been a tremendous aid with training my Doberman. If you’re in need of this type of collar I highly recommend it.Update May 31, 2019 I have used this collar on a regular basis with my Doberman since purchasing it in March of this year. Initially he wore it ever day and learned quickly that he heard a beeping sound if he didn’t respond to a command from me. If he continued to ignore my request, he felt the vibration feature. It didn’t take long before only the beep was necessary to remind him to listen to what I said and perform the command. I’ve never had to utilize the actual shock feature. This collar is made of high quality components, performs beyond my expectations, and one of the best features is the length of battery life. Not having to recharge every day as I had to do with another e-collar is a welcome feature. I highly recommend this collar.

I have a Weimaraner that barks a lot at the kids on the other side of the fence and pulls terribly while on the lease. He doesn’t obey commands. Once the collar was on, & he does a wrong behavior, I would verbally try to correct. If that didn’t work I would sound the beep & verbally correct. If that doesn’t work, I vibrate the collar & verbally correct. That usually works. It’s only been rare that I’ve ever had to resort to the “shock”. I’ve felt the shock at 30% and it’s uncomfortable… like a hard static shock. Now, my dog is fairly well “collar trained”. When that collar goes on him, he behaves very well & listens to commands.I’m pleased with the product. Looking forward to taking my dog camping to see how well this works.

After wasting 50$ on 2 previous trainer collars, I found this one and decided to give it one last shot! Finally SUCCESS! The difference between this one and the previous 2 is this one is controlled by the operator and not by the dogs barking mechanism. I found that the dog got used to the beep-vibration if it was constantly being activated by barking. With this unit YOU control when and what level you want to use with a remote. I have tested/used this product for over a month and it is still used daily as my little barky Ratcha is very determined to be heard by everybody ( she has a lot of wolf/coyote in her) ! I only have to use the preset beeper function now to get her attention and stop her irritating aria in mid verse. The next 2 levels are adjustable buttons that vibrate and shock. I tested both functions on my self before the dog and found that the shock was very tolerable to me at 18-20 setting but not so much for the dog. Only used it once and found I didn’t need to go there again. I feel the reason this collar works is the randomness of the signal, which works all across our 2 acre spread with no problem. The customer service seems to be genuine, although I haven’t had to use it.

Bought this collar bc we didn’t want to shock our new puppy, we liked the sound/vibration features. Box says sound is adjustable, instructions says it’s not. It’s NOT. The beep is barely audible to me, and I’m 40s. The vibration on 100 had zero effect on the puppy. Emailed support, told them we didn’t want to shock and that audible and vibration had no effect. Their reply was to shock our puppy. No thanks. Returned for a refund.

This is an excellent training collar, and fornthe price you cant beat it. My biggest pro about this this collar is all the options it provides. As the decription says, it will beep, vibrate, or five a shock. Which is awesome if you dont want to jump straight into using the shock. Also great, because you can use the beep or vibrate before you shock, like a warning, and soon enough, your pet will hearfeel the beepvibration, and stop what they are doing before you even have to shock anymore. My favorite is the remote. It isnt too bulky, has a slight rubbery feel so it isnt too slippery, and all the buttons are clearly labeled, so no shocking by mistake. I appreciate that they provided plastic tabs to go over the prongs of the collar to keep the prongs from rubbing my furbaby’s neck raw. Also, i like that the collar was reflective, so when my furbaby is in the backyard at night i can see him easily and know where hes at. AND, this collar has a shock level 1-100! Unbelievable. With a built in safety feature if you go above 50. Ou cant go wrong with this collar. I love it. If i simply had to point out any cons, i only have one. I wish the buttons on the remote were backlit so i can see them in the dark. The display is backlit, but not the buttons. Oh, and if your wondering, the battery life is also pretty good. The collar seems to need charged before the remote, the remote lasts a pretty long time, but the collar needs charged about every 2 weeks, depending on use.

I’ve had this on my dog a little over a month and the shock mode doesn’t affect my dog at all even at max power he won’t even flinch it came with 2 collars one will not stay tight and the other is rubbery and he managed to stretch it out and chew it up

Update: Just changed my rating from 5 to 1. The day after the initial posting, the unit just stopped working. I only had the unit for around 4 weeks. This past Sunday I sent an email off to their support person who contacted me within a few hours (impressive). I was told my request was being sent to management and after another email to the CEO of this family owned business on Monday morning, it’s now Tuesday afternoon and I’ve not heard from anyone. There are too many options in the market sector, and while I was wiling to give them a chance to redeem themselves, their time is up and I’ve just applied for a refund and I’m returning the unit. A shame because I liked how the product looked, felt and operated. But no customer service or replacement lead me to apply for a refund.Used a Petsafe training collar for a couple years until it died and after dong some research decided to give TBI PRO a try. I’m glad I did, while the Petsafe was a decent product, the TBI PRO is far superior. I highly recommend this product.

A great tool for training your dog. I use mine on my Dutch Shepard. I used to have her in an underground perimeter fence shock collar area so she is already aware a *beep” means a shock is coming next. I literally have never had to use the “shock” function on this thing. She immediately stops what it is she is doing at the sound of the beep. I do love the option to “beep”, “vibrate”, or “shock” as well as the ability to adjust the strength setting of the vibrate and shock functions from the remote. My Shepard is a really smart dog to begin with so much credit has to be given to her but the hand held training remote is a great assisting tool for the training process. I have had it for about six months now and still working as the day I opened it. If you are looking for something dependable that just flat out works definitely go for this device. I love it.

Product comes in a decent carrying case lined with cut out foam for all the pieces. The main collar is easy to set up & trim but the nylon one is not too great. No worries though. It’s suggested that both the remote & shocker be charged before use which I’d also recommend.Set up is easy if you follow the included sheet. There’s also some good info in video format for how to use the system for your dog. This is the first time I used a training collar on a dog and thought this would be good for field training our GSP.Having done a little research I choose this one based off reviews & price & i gotta say it does everything it says it does.Be aware of setting it up on your pup. I find the beep & vibration mode to be very effective & have only used the shock maybe 4 times when I had too.Bottom line, great product, great price & most importantly great customer service.

We were super skeptical about getting a training collar for our 6 month old puppy but she keeps taking off. We bought this as it is a good deal less expensive than many with great feedback. It arrived, I set it all up and put it on Stella’s neck. We started small with jumping on our older dog and children. I would beep when she jumped. She was immediately like, what was that, and stopped. We went outside and when she would get to the edge of our property I would call her name as normal and beep. She would stop then kept going, so I used the buzzer at 30. She stopped and itched her neck and came back confused. Every single time I used it, I would say her name and the command with it.She got used to this and was doing really great. Then of course, the first time she decided to be defiant and still keep going. We have a neighbor dog that would rip her to shreds and I cannot have her leave our property. She kept going, I went to the beep, then the buzz, then sternly hollered to her, STELLA COME! and zapped her quickly. She jumped so high and ran back to me immediately. I thought I would cry but didn’t as it is for her safety. I have only had to zap her once since then and it has been three months. She took off when I was trying to break up and argument with my 4 and 5 year old human children. I looked and could barely see her, already so far away. I hollered and buzzed, nothing, so I gave her a zap after she went out of sight. I heard her let out a little yipe and she came barreling back. I cannot believe the distance. We have only zapped her twice and only use the beep and buzzer. It is so amazing with such an amazing distance. I couldn’t be happier! And the price is ridiculously awesome too! Thank you for our piece of mind knowing she is safe.

After having little luck with an ‘automatic’ bark collar (senses barking, then chimes, vibrates, & shocks if barking continues non-stop), I shopped Amazon & local brick & mortars for a shock collar. I wanted control the auto-collar didn’t offer.I realized the use of the collar for my 10-month old Standard Schnauzer wouldn’t be a long-term experience, and considering I’m not in the dog training business, opted to get a unit that fit my needs – range of a few hundred feet, easily maintained (charging, storage, etc), simple to use, with potential resale value when I no longer need it.This pup is head-strong and has been a wild-child since we brought him home at 2-months of age. Our 3-year old Standard Schnauzer was a breeze to train compared to this younger one. Both have been through multiple dog-training classes which helped a lot.Other than a couple of minor issues, I like the TBI-PRO. In no particular order, it includes extra prongs and prong covers, the belt clip tension is just right for hanging the unit on a belt or pants pocket, the unit size fits my hand well, the built-in flashlight is bright, recharging is a snap, the graphic display screen characters are large & clear and include icons showing battery charge-level, selected mode (chime, vibrate, shock), and light up whenever a button is pressed. The remote may be used to control two different collars – a collar selection button lets you choose which one you want. Being someone who reads instructions as a last resort, I learned that after failing to notice I had chosen the wrong collar (when the dog didn’t respond to a button press). Both the collar and remote must be recharged periodically. In my case, the remote needs charging less than the collar. It’s typically on my dog 12 hrs/day. Probably the most frustrating thing I’ve experienced is the dog not responding to a button push because I didn’t charge the battery, or failed to turn the collar on. My bad. The collar and remote can be charged simultaneously or separately.Does it do what I wanted? It was a pleasant surprise to find the dog usually responded to the chime, but when he didn’t almost always paid attention to the vibration. I’ve tried using the shock feature perhaps 6-8 times. Sometimes it seems as if he doesn’t get the shock sensation, and other times reacts with a yelp. The collar is somewhat loose on him, so I suspect the prongs aren’t making good contact. Since vibration mode almost always gives me the results I want, it’s not an issue for me. Unlike another reviewer, I’m not going to try the shock feature on myself. The results have been good. Outdoor barking, though not completely eliminated, sharply reduced after 2-3 days of infrequent use. I want him to bark indoors when the doorbell rings. Other problems, like pulling seedlings out of flower pots, digging holes, etc are curtailed. And occasional over-aggressiveness when mock-fighting with our other Schnauzer (recently recovered from ACL surgery) is deterred. One more perk: Some dog owners treat the animal as a friend, asking the pet to obey. Others use a quiet, but firm voice to command obedience. Having had dogs for over 35 years, I’ve found that commanding the dog to obey works much better – I’m considered the pack leader, not a peer. Hmmm, got side-tracked. Sorry. Just wanted to add that use of the chime results in the dog coming to me, or at the very least causing him to stop and look at me.I’m satisfied with this product and would buy it again.ToymanUpdate 5/28/19:I previously noted “The remote may be used to control two different collars” – not true. I wanted to buy a 2nd ‘shock’ collar to pair with the remote I have, but was told by the company ‘they did not have a collar that would pair with my remote’. So, even though there are two channels displayed on the remote, only one actually works – unless the purpose is to be able to pair the one collar to either channel. Other than having an alternate channel as a backup, I don’t see the purpose of that.

So far this is the best collar and remote for our needs. This is about the 5th or 6th one we’ve purchased. They haven’t all been duds, some have broken over time others we have lost the remote to and one we just hated the remote! So far, I love the layout of the buttons and functions of this remote. It feels good in your hand, kind of a non slip rubberized surface. Hopefully because its green it will not get lost like the black ones. The collar is ok, I really like the size of the shocker not too big, bulky and heavy. Fits well on the neck of our English Springer. The buckle on the collar is one of those cheap plastic buckles. I wish it had the holes and prong buckle, they seem to be more durable but we don’t leash this collar so won’t be a problem if pulled and snapped. But could be a concern for others. The product came in a nice sturdy plastic box that holds all the accessories, which is a nice touch. Easy to take on the go for storage. So far we are pleased with our purchase. I have not tested the extent of the battery life. I am crossing my fingers it’s long! If not I will update my review.

We got this for our 5 month old pup. He would Not listen to commands, was starting to chase cars and bolt to the neighbors. I thought its worth a try and YES IT WORKS. We live in the country with 2 acres he can run so I needed one that had a long range. As soon as he started to bolt to the neighbors I started using the vibration up n up with nothing stopping him. I switched over to shock, up and up I went as I’m calling Stop – Come. He was probably 400 yards away, I was at #75 on the shocker when he Stopped. I had to shock him 2x till he came back to me. Of course I praised him over n over. Haven’t had to do it again. He looks over at the neighbors but doesn’t leave the yard. 1 time it worked. Hes not chasing cars either. Thank you for a Great product that does what it says it will do.

So I thought I would be frugal with an e collar and bought this after seeing so many reviews that were positive.I have a Belgian Malinois hes 8 months and his obedience is great in house or on leash but off leash he doesnt like to be caught or recall. After fitting it properly even shaving his neck, on 100 it wasnt producing a consistent reaction. I also charged it fully before testing. I did call customer service and they told me they didnt know why it wasn’t working for my pup after all the adjustments. The controller to collar timing seemed very inconsistent when on shock but the vibrate and beep were good. However my dog did not respond to either vibrate or the alert tone. I need something that will snap my dog out of a high prey situation and work with recalling and this just isnt it. If you are serious about keeping you dog safe and continuing your training right, just shell out the money for the educator e collar. Trust me the difference is insane. Also it feels cheap the remote in general feels like a childs walkie talkie its just not a well made product

The first unit I got worked fine in beep and vibrate mode, but the shock level was intermittent, even at 100%. After having it just a few days I got a thankyou from the company, asking how I liked it. I told them of the problem and they immediately said they’d send me a replacement receiver . A couple of days later, I got not only a replacement receiver, but an entire new package. The replacement works great and has been a great help in training a very stubborn, six month old catahoola pup to come when she is called. First comes a beep, which usually gets her attention and then a vibration which almost always. If the third level (shock) is needed, I hear a yip, so I know where my pup is and within seconds she’s running back to me. Sure beats having to chase a hound through the woods to try to find her after she ran off! This is a great product and a fantastic company that stands behind what they sell. I highly recommend the company and their products. Incidentally, I also got a bark collar from the same company which very quickly solved the barking/howling problem. See my review for that product.

Hallelujah! the answer to my prayers. Roles have reversed in my life. My Mother had to move in with my husband and I due to her ailing health. She had no other choice. She refused to part from her best bud Bruno (her dog). At first, I thought okay….I can do this but upon further inspection, I later realized that this noisy, non barking dog was a nightmare! How can a little Chihuahua be so noisy? A few friends said NOT to get a training collar but we asked Bruno’s Veterinarian and he said it was ok. I’m so glad we ordered this training collar! My Mom’s dog Bruno was SO spoiled. He barked at anybody and everybody, barked all night long, begged for food while we were trying to enjoy our meals, he manipulated my mom on most occasions. This training collar has three modes. I’ve never had to use the shock mode. I’ve accomplished so much with the vibration mode and the dog has improved tremendously. Now I only have to warn the dog with the beep mode. Great price, Great quality, Great product! Thank you so much

Haven’t used it very long yet. but so far I’m impressed. My wild 1 yr old labradoodle took to the training with it quickly. He had a few bad behaviors I wanted to correct. And this seems to be the trick. He just gets so excited he runs jumps and barks out of happiness and excitement so I didn’t want to do anything negative. The beep usually makes him stop to see where it came from. as it surprises him, but sometimes he doesn’t even hear it. The vibration always gets his attention but once or twice he went back to excited barking the shock set on 5 had him stop barking and lay down. I tried it on myself to see. Here’s the results: On level 1 and 2 you can hold it on you, just a mild tingling. Level 5 really gets your attention doesn’t hurt but you move away quickly! Level 99 makes you scream, jump, spin around a few times, shake all while extended high pitch little girl screams are coming out, It was very entertaining for my 4 young kids. I’m a 212 lbs male and had a hose clamp jammed way under my finger nail the day before. I hardly flinched I had to keep wiping up blood while I kept working. But this thing Really got my attention. The freshly charged new, never used battery must have helped. Glad I did it, Sort of. Because I don’t ever want to do that to my dog, he would probably disown me and start peeing on my stuff. I would. There is a safety for anything over 20, I see why. On the high settings 99-100 it’s only good for extracting secrets from enemies! I wouldn’t use anything above 20 on a dog, unless he’s attacking you and weighs over 100 lbs. The upper levels may be good for cattle and bears. But I don’t want to find out. It works with the conductive rubber caps on the electrical probes too. So it can be left on the dog and not irritate his skin. But of course I didn’t use that for the self test. I will report back if it fails or my friends want to try one of the higher settings. You know the macho thing, here hold my beer watch this! I’ll tell them I did it with out telling them what happened. Would buy again.
